We’re staying on the wire for you!
Information on BOPP’s situation during the COVID-19 pandemic
Faced with the rapid spread of COVID-19, BOPP has undertaken a number of measures in order to limit the proliferation of the virus, to protect our employees and at the same time to ensure business continuity.
At BOPP, we and our subsidiary companies take our social responsibility very seriously, complying rigorously with World Health Organisation directives as well the recommendations of our local health authorities, implementing new measures continuously.
- ... established a weekly Corona test cycle for our employees.
- ... created the framework conditions to enable social distancing for all employees. Where this is not possible for operational reasons, we work with masks.
- ... provided all employees with disinfectants and personal protective equipment and disinfect sensitive areas twice a day.
- ... customer visits on site at the customer's premises or at BOPP's premises are reduced. The same applies to suppliers and other business partners
To date, the measures we have taken have proved effective. As a result, we have experienced only minimal effects from the coronavirus pandemic, both in terms of personnel and economic impact.
In all countries where we have subsidiaries, BOPP has ‚essential business‘ status because we supply vital sectors of the economy such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals and foodstuffs. Continuing to supply these industries during the current crisis is a top priority for us.
We are doing our very best to maintain our worldwide supply chain, and look forward to being there for you in person again as soon as possible. In the meantime, please feel free to contact us via telephone or email.
