BOPP AM meshes provide the ideal damping components for microphones and loudspeakers, and offer a comprehensive choice to optimise sound reproduction. Due to our advanced quality standards and the use of corrosion resistant stainless steel fine wires, we maintain the tightest tolerances in terms of acoustic performance alongside our other mesh properties. High levels of stability ensure maximum reduction in buzzing and flapping.

Alongside this, we ensure optimum protection against external mechanical influences. AM meshes protect against the ingress of particles down to 13 microns in size and therefore prevent the ingress of liquids. Undesirable wind noise is reduced, and at the same time dust protection is enhanced. Last but not least, our steel meshes provide an excellent aesthetic finish.  

AM meshes are suitable for many different methods of implementation. These may take the shape of flat or 3D formed components or complete assemblies (mesh, enclosures, bonded layers) etc.
