Resistance Welding

Welding the finest mesh is a real art. A great deal of experience, instinct and flair are required to turn our meshes into the most diverse shapes using resistance welding. It is important to achieve regular welding seams to avoid introducing faults into the mesh, which in turn demands very particular handling of the materials. Our specially trained experts work with equally special welding equipment.

Landscape

For automated processes we employ roll seam welding and spot welding, which can be used either individually or combined.

  • Every imaginable shape, from cylinders and cones through to individually formed parts, can be manufactured this way
  • The process is suitable for both single and multiple layer meshes, however the latter is more challenging to produce due to the multi-layer construction
  • From small parts with a diameter of 1.5mm up to cylinders three metres in diameter, we produce components in a wide range of sizes
  • Whether it is a hand-crafted prototype, partly automated batch production or fully automated volume production – we are the right people for the job.
